Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging. Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched. All pre-orders are FINAL SALE. Once the order is place it cannot be revised in any way. Pre-orders for The Garden Collection will ship out in 3-4 weeks from the date your order was placed. If you place an order that has a pre-order item and an item that is available now both items will be shipped out on the pre-order items expected ship out date.
